Pale and Vienna malts combine with Saaz hops to provide a simple, subtly complex, and refreshing ale.

Riwaka, Galaxy, and Citra hops combine to produce a tropical profile. Phantasm powder and Cosmic Punch yeast provide an extra boost of Thiols.

Our German-style Kölsch is brewed w/ Pilsen & Vienna malts & complemented by Saaz hops. A traditional yeast, hailing from Cologne, provides a refreshing and crisp character.
