Our Gose is produced with a combination of malted barley, malted wheat, and raw wheat. A lactobacillus blend sours the wort in the kettle which is then boiled with Hallertau hops, coriander, and sea salt.

Crystal, chocolate, and Munich malts balanced with American hops and neutral yeast for al right roast flavor.
