5.1% ABV | 40 IBU

Marris Otter and Crystal malts sourced from England combine with East Kent Golding hops to provide a rich  blance of malt and hops. A Traditional English yeast Strain rounds out the finish with dark fruit tones.

ESB - Batch #39 

5.3% ABV | 28 IBU

Pale and Vienna malts combine with Saaz hops to provide a simple, subtly complex, and refreshing ale.

American Golden Ale - Batch #42

7.6% ABV | 25 IBU

This kettle-soured beer is brewed with a healthy dose of wheat, a delicate touch of cardamom, and a restrained addition of peaches. It is then fermented with Belgian yeast and aged on French oak to bring it all into balance.

Pêche - Batch #36

5.8% ABV | 25 IBU

Brewed with Vic Secret, Galaxy and Cryo-Pop hops, this hazy IPA utilizes grape skins and Helio-Gazer yeast to boost tropical thiols.

NE IPA - Batch #41

6.0% ABV | 37 IBU

Roasted Barley, Chocolate, and Crystel malt and flaked oats provide a rich and complex profile.

Stout - Batch #37

3.9% ABV | 25 IBU

Brewed with Pale, Vienna, and Munich malts, this table beer is fermented with yeast sourced from a monastic brewery.​

Belgian Table Beer - Batch #43

5.3% ABV | 27 IBU

Welcoming in Autumn, our Festbier is brewed with heavy doses of Munich & Vienna malts. It's then balanced with German Saaz hops and fermented cold with a classic German lager strain that produces a full and malty character.

Oktoberfest - Batch #33

9.3% ABV | 32 IBU

Pilsen and Munich malts combine with Belgian Candi Sugar and traditional Belgian yeast create a complex balance of malt fruit and spice.
