Floor malted barley from the Czech Republic combines with Victory, Munich and Chocolate malts to create a malty profile with a hint of roast and a clean finish.

Czech Dark Lager - Batch #51

5.5% ABV | 24 IBU

Our German-style Kölsch is brewed w/ Pilsen & Vienna malts & complemented by Saaz hops. A traditional yeast, hailing from Cologne, provides a refreshing and crisp character.

5.2% ABV | 28 IBU

Marris Otter and Crystal malts sourced from England combine with East Kent Golding hops to provide a rich balance of malt and hops. A Traditional English yeast strain rounds out the finish with dark fruit tones.

ESB - Batch #53

5.8% ABV | 20 IBU

Brewed with a combination of Munich, Crystal, Biscuit and Extra Special malts, this kettle-soured ale balances acidity and malt. Cherries are added at the end of fermentation to round out the profile. 

Flanders Style Brown - Batch #54

4.0% ABV | 25 IBU

Brewed with Pale, Vienna, and Munich malts, this Belgian-style ale is fermented with yeast sourced from a monastic brewery.

Table Beer - Batch #56

6.3% ABV | 38 IBU

Victory, Crystal, Chocolate, and Black malts combine with roasted barley and flaked oats to create a full-bodied and robust stout.

Belgian Table Beer - Batch #43

Inspired by a combination of Nordic brewing traditions and American IPAs, this style-defying ale displays rustic and smoked malts, South African hops, and a Norwegian Kveik yeast. 

Nordic Farmhouse - Batch #47

6.6% ABV | 84 IBU

Amarillo, Crystal and Simcoe hops combine with Pale and American Honey malts to balance out this West Coast IPA. 

West Coast Style - Batch #48

Brewed with malts, hops and  yeast from the Czech Republic, this Bohemian Pilsner was given the time necessary to develop a crisp and clean, yet complex, character.
